Two weeks later…
Dani “hey I have those tickets can I stop by tonight (:”
Yannick “yes, please do. What time do you think? (:”
Dani ” I get off at 5. So 530ish.”
Yannick “See you then”
In her mind she knows how she how tonight ideal goes down.
Five comes by slowly she texts him “on my way over”
As she bumps along to his house down the road she dreads fear she’s going brake something on the car. She makes it to his house. Fully excited and nervous the way she gets every time they meet. But known now they’re meetings will be a friendship not a student teacher relationship. She opens the screen door ad the aroma of some German dish.
Dani - “Yannick?”
Yannick - “hey!”
Walks into the living room gives her a warm hug and smiles. Not sure but known now they can go be more than friends made him feel young again.
Yannick- “I made dinner, join me?”
Two weeks before we went to Starbucks to catch up and tonight it’s dinner.
Dani- “yes”
Talking over dinner catching up with the last two weeks. Before she knew it the words slip her tounge “Yannick there is nothing wrong with you. It’s the girls they are scared because they know your a good guy and will teat them right so the run. But unlike me who has had the chance to get to know you if I had the chance I wouldn’t run I would stay.”
Did she really finally saw these words? I couldn’t believe it. I reached my hand across the table and smiled. I raised to my feet brought her into me and gently kissed her finally.
He final kissed me I finally did it. But what will this be?
Dani - ” your curls are sexy not cute. I am going leave graduation tickets right there by the door please come”
As she walked out all I wanted to do was run after her but I know she did that so we can both wrap our heads around tonight.

Graduation few days later.

Yannick. I cannot believe today is actually happening for her. Ever thing she had worked for has payed off. All those hours spent at my house brought us together but also help her strive her dream. Walking up to her parents I question will they be okay with us?
Dani. Sitting waiting to be called up and revive my diploma I looked up in the stands my parents, my brother, my aunt, Mr. Connell and Yannick. He came.
After graduation at her parents house u simply walked up to her place my hand on her waist
Yannick - ” im so happy for you. I appreciate you letting me be apart your life. “
Dani “thank you too. Dinner soon? “
